Returns: Dictionary
Method used to compute the hash used by the javascript editor to sign to Amazon S3 when uploading a file.
Parameters:

Configuration dictionary for the Amazon S3 signature.

The name of your bucket.

S3 region. If you are using the default
us-east-1

The folder where to upload the images.
